Shipping
Upon confirmation of the order by our customer support team, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Maharashtra: 3 to 6 days
- Rest of India: 4 to 8 days
If a large volume of orders is experienced, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional shipping days for delivery. Should a significant delay occur, we will contact you by email or phone or refer to the product description in the case of a made-to-order product.
Information regarding the AWB number will be communicated to the buyer after the product has been dispatched. We have partnered with reputable shipping providers such as Amazon Surface, Delhivery, Ekart, and Bluedart. Please check your shipping partner’s website for details.
Delivery Costs: Delivery costs vary based on the value of the cart. We charge Rs 70/- for each order less than or equal to Rs 499/-. No shipping charges for orders over Rs 600/-
Delays: Delays in shipment or delivery can be caused by holidays, busy seasons, weather, or various other reasons. These delays are beyond our control, and they may extend the delivery window past the ETA or lead time given at the time of ordering. We appreciate your patience during these times as we strive to ensure all items reach our customers as promptly as possible!
Damages and Returns
Our products are packed in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, kindly do not accept delivery and return it to the delivery person.
Damages After Delivery: Trivia Troves is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. In the event that the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage, or any other) condition, a refund or replacement will occur only if reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Quality Issues: In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we offer product exchanges. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery.

Lost Package
If you do not receive the product according to the Delivery Confirmation Notice, please let us know by raising an issue on our Contact Us page or email us at support@triviatroves.com within 24 hours from the date of delivery. We will initiate a thorough search of your shipment with the courier partner.
It usually takes 5 to 7 days to investigate and obtain a report from the courier partner. In case the shipment is declared lost, we will re-ship your order or refund your order based on stock availability.

Trivia Troves is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
